i was planning on incubating some goose eggs that my female was laying, the first two eggs she didnt make a nest for, just layed them on the ground, but the third egg she built a nest for. so im assuming she is ready to lay a clutch, but i only need two more cause i want to incubate five, then they are all hers. will she continue tolay eggs if i take them away?

Yes she should. I dont see why not.

keep taking her eggs until you want her to set and leave the eggs in there and when she gets enough she will set

Just be aware that they will hide eggs LOL I did that last year took eggs until the goose started buring them. Crystal
