Will my pullets tail grow back?

so i recently bought 3 pullets. 2 barred rocks and 1 rir. one of the barred rocks (ella) and my rir (ruby) were at the very bottom of the pecking order at their old home. they have their tail feathers pecked out. (especially ruby) so will their tails grow back?

One of mine let my daughters dog pull hers out. She just sat there! He thought he was bathing her, I suppose. Most of them have grown back. She hasn't had her first molt so I'm betting she'll look just fine after then.
