I am going to hatch eggs soon and need to know if my RIRS will peck and break the eggs. The hens are the nicest hens ever i was just wondering if they might have an instinct of breaking other hens eggs if they lay in their nest box or something. Will I need to get a brooding house? I need to know this because I am planning on getting an incubator but i might not get it. I am thinking of my back up plan now. I am getting a silkie if i don't get an incubator. Also will my two hens (RIRS) get along with the baby chicks that the silkie will raise(or the ones that hatch out of the incubator). All answers appreciated

Regardless of the breed, if the hens can get to the broody nest they will create problems by laying in the nest and displacing the broody hen so the eggs will be chilled and die.
If you want to hatch eggs under a broody hen you have to isolate her. you can label the eggs under the broody and constantly remove the other eggs, but the result will only be marginal
After the eggs hatch the mother will protect her chicks. you can introduce the mother and her chicks to the flock when they are 2 or 3 weeks old. but that depends on your circumstances and the area available. the presence of a good rooster will help as he will prevent severe bullying
