Will my sick hen ever walk again?

Hi, 2 weeks ago one of my 5 month old BR pullets stopped walking, had diarrhea lost a bunch of weight and started "gulping air". I have found round worms in her poop and took her to the vet who gave her panacur. slowly she seems to be getting better as evidenced by good appetite drinking fine . less air gulping and interest in the world around her. She is still not walking. Does anyone have any experience with this? Much appreciated.

give her some electrolyte solution in her water, she is probably depleated in nutrients and the solution will help her
