Will new feathers grow?

The water level was a little low in the duck pool and a couple of young ducks (maybe 6-8 wks old) got trapped in the pool with some of my older ducks. The older ducks killed one and pulled out all of the wing feathers and back feathers out of the other. Do you think the feathers will grow back?

They seem remarkably relaxed. It happened Tuesday and they are doing great. They even continue to want to get in the pool for a swim. We just make sure they are supervised and the water level is up.

They should be fine if it has been that long. Sorry I even mentioned stress, It is just that I have lost birds shortly after attacks that did little visible harm. The vet looked and found nothing physical and blamed it on stress.
