Will Pheasant mate in the winter time in an outdoors enviroment while hens are laying eggs?

My hens are laying eggs but not sure if the males are mating, will they in the winter time outdoors?

Do you have ringnecks? At one time I raised ringnecks for sale. Hatched all my own stock, and never had hens lay in the winter. You don't have lights on them do you? Frankly I don't know if they will breed in the winter. Whatever is sparking the hens to lay may also be causing the cocks to breed.

yes they are ringneck and I have a white heat lamp on them that comes on by dusk to dawn timing. At least one has just started to lay eggs. I put them in the incubator but no sign of embryo yet.
