Will pullet eggs hatch?

I ordered some eggs from a breeder they are orpington eggs so I know the size they should be plus I raise orps,my questions is I`m pretty sure they are pullet eggs they are very small,will the hatch rate be the same as full size eggs and will the chicks be healty?
