will she hatch more?

my pretty BO hatched two chicks---but the rest of the eggs are not hatched yet--how long do we wait before you consider them not going to hatcH?

New myself but i have read that they should hatch within 48 hrs. of each other. Maybe someone with experience can tell you more. Congrats on the new fuzzybutts.

You may want to look up candling to see if the others are even viable.

I thought someone on here said in a different thread that they can hatch for up to a week...because it takes up to a week to lay them all...

...I'm a newbie and claim to know nothing...so hopefully someone will pipe in...

The hen usually lays several before she starts setting. This starts all the eggs at the same time. Therefore they should all hatch about the same time. If you added eggs or other hens snuck some in after she started setting then it may take more time accordingly.
