Howdy, BYC!
I hatched a group of eggs from my hens in the incubator a while ago. One of the pullets from that clutch, Hazel, is what I’m ASSUMING is an Olive Egger, as her mom is an EE, and her dad was a Welsummer. However, I’m new to OEs and the various egg-color genetics I don’t know if she’ll lay the olive eggs or not. Her mom lays sky blue eggs if that helps at all! I’m just curious.

An EE is a mixed breed. Combining a mixed breed with pure breed will always get a mixed breed with no guarantee of egg color.

The options are:
Blue x blue
blue x white
white x White

brown is added on top of these options to make green.

If the mom is laying green eggs it means she carries

Blue x White genes.

and the father would carry White x White.

you have about a 75% chance of it being a brown layer, and 25% chance of green.

50-50 chance.
Only time will tell.
I used this cross multiple times in the past, got some dark greens, got some browns.
