Will she skip winter and start laying in spring?

So she's still young, some birds CAN start laying as early as 20 weeks, but many are much slower to mature and may not lay until they are older, it can be pretty variable. Her comb and wattle should start to redden up quite a bit before she starts laying, so when that happens you will know it's soon. As long as she's acting normally, you just have to wait for her to mature enough.

Her comb and wattle are still more pink than red, I figure 3-4 weeks after the wattle reddens up.
