Theapplechicks is correct.
Respiratory diseases in poultry are very infectious. I would separate her from the rest of the flock ASAP. Maybe put a heat lamp on her & make sure she drinks a lot of water.
When you go to the feed store, ask if they have any vitamins for poultry, like Quik Chik or Sav-A-Chik. You can add it to their water. It is a good thing to have on hand in case something like this should happen again at an inopportune time when the stores are closed.
