Will these breeds get along??

I have 12 chicks a mixture of buffs Orpingtons and golden comets, they are 1 week old. I want to get some silkies will they get along if I get them at the same age my chicks are. They are all gentle breeds

Buff Orpingtons and Silkies are both very docile breeds. Golden Comets are Production Red X Rhode Island White hybrids and can be more aggressive. They will likely be dominant over your Buff Orpingtons but you probably won't have any major problems due to the Orpington's size. I would not put the smaller Silkies in with the Golden Comets as they will likely take a beating.

My comets are actually very calm my buffs are the ones that will peck at others but most of them get along very nicely barley any pecking

You may find that will change as the birds grow up. Either way, I would be hesitant about putting Silkies in with your larger birds.
