Well my Cornish x are 2 weeks old now. I got 22 rir packing peanuts with my order. I'm butchering my Cornish x when they are 8 week old. I don't want to do two butchers, so I'm going to do them all at once. Will a 8 week old rir roo have enough meat to make it worth butchering? Could I just fry them at that age?

An 8 week old RIR would be a very tiny bird. Like a pound or less. If you don't want to keep them until they are 16 weeks or so, then you should probably see if you can give them away or something. Where are you located? Try posting on the For Sale forum.

At 8 weeks, the rirs will still look like babies. There gonna be tiny, definitly not worth it but maybe you could sell them?Or possibly butcher them twice that tima at 4 months of age to get some meat off off of them.
