Will they be warm enough?

I haven't read all the responses since yesterday, but I saw your updated photos that show the run and I think they have a great spot for winter with lots of wind blocks as well as a roof that will help protect them from the elements. I think your chickens will be just fine!

That looks pretty good.
I'd check your humidity inside and outside the coop, if it isn't about the same add more vents to the run side of the coop.
Might then also want to take the plastic all the way to the run roof on the panel nearest the coop.
 
Hey there fellow Michigander. Hang in there. All us newbies will get there eventually, right? If I may be allows to suggest that you try to start "drying out" that other coop? And then put your Mcgyver hat on; breakout some graph paper & pencils, & with all materials you have on site draw up a plan " b & c" for the precipitation forecast. 2019-12-18 22.47.42.jpg
