Ok so today is day 25. I woke up this morning and saw 4 eggs with cracks. Than out of the blue another one hatched. So I have 1. The other 4 eggs are still have it's cracks but nobody has hatched and neither has any other one. I have 24 in the incubator. I know it is early still but this is my 1st guinea hatch and am worrying myself sick over them. Is there a chance they will still hatch?

Guinea eggs usually take between 26 and 28 days to hatch, but some can hatch early, and some can hatch late. Your 1st keet was an early hatcher, the rest aren't late yet, so I wouldn't worry.

Thank you so much. I have been literally biting my nails staring at the eggs in the incubator worrying to death. I was like this with my 1st batch of chicks. LOL But my 1st guinea's. I just worry he is alone and lonely and don't want to put him in the brooder by himself. I know my human feelings but I am afraid he will be lonely.

What is your humidity at? I had one that cracked the egg yesterday and hatched sometime today but the humidity was in the upper 60's. They rarely have trouble hatching though, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Some say that leaving the first hatched noisy keet in the hatcher stimulates the others to hurry up and hatch too

If this is any sign of what they will be like when they get big I am going to love them.

Here are some of the babies. Hope everyone enjoys them. More just keep hatching. Seems like everytime I turn my back they hatch.
