Alright everybody is telling me no matter what i do my little girls will get lice

I've never had lice. I've never treated for lice either. I can't imagine why you would be destined to get lice?

It's pretty likely, but not a given.
Lice can be treated fairly easily, so even if you do have the problem, it can be taken care of.

What conditions are condusive to Lice ?

Not sure what conditions you would need to end up with lice on your chickens. My step father was over looking at my chickens and coop that my wonerful wife built all by her self. and told me that all his chickens had lice and he had about 60 chickens for about twenty years. So I am hoping that will not happen with my chickens
