What? I don't get it. Normally when you "raise" chickens in a coop and/or run for a couple of months and then let them free range they will automatically return to the place they were raised and feel safe and comfy for the night. ????
Yeah, but some chickens are special
They are only 11 weeks and may have been in a brooder a good chunk of that time.
