Will this bill stop egg and farmers market sales?

Read about this bill on a different forum Would it make it illegal to sell eggs? the way I'm reading it it will stop that and farmers markets. Anyone have a different view?

It looks like thay want to start a brand new bureaucracy that can make new rules as they go.

Sure don't sound like they want us to become self sufficent. Or ecologically sound.
