Will this chick survive?

Hello, I have got chicks hatching And one has taken quite a while to hatch and now it has it’s not absorbed all of its yolk sac maybe, there is a little pink thing attached to its but, will it survive??? Is there a way I can help it or something I should do??? Please help!
