Will this fan work for my bator, or is it too big? pic!

Will this pc fan work for my LG bator? From the pics on here, I noticed that this one is bigger. It is a 12VDC and I'm using a 9VDC output, 120V AC input AC/DC adapter. I wired them except for the yellow wire on the fan (didn't need it but still works). This was the only fan I had to use. Do you think its too big? Also do I have it in the right place...well its the only place it will fit

Edit: Its not installed yet, I have the bolts or whatever to put on and Im leaving about 3/4" gap in between the fan and top.

I think it will work fine. Just make sure you put some spacers between the fan and the styrafoam to allow the fan to pull air in from the back.
