will this work for hatching the quail

Looks good but I would use egg corrugated egg crates that fit quail eggs and place small end down and put a hole in the bottom of each egg slot for more air flow will increase hatch rate dramatically like these... http://www.randallburkey.com/Pkg-15-Quail-Egg-Trays/productinfo/0205/

I use them in my set up as well and 3 days prior to hatch I place them in my hatcher take a look works great....
