Ok so I have 3 golden laced wyandotte and 3 cinnamon reds. I have built a 10'x14 run using 6' tposts and chicken wire. I have a skirt of chicken wire around the bottom going out 12" covered by paver, thinking this would keep out any digging predators. I plan on covering the run with bird netting, to keep out hawks and such. We live in a residential neighborhood in Knoxville, TN, so we dont have too many predators. Of course I will put the girls in their coop every night....
    Thoughts? Feedback?
    Thanks!

I sure wouldn't trust chickenwire around dogs, which unless you have a super good privacy fence around your yard *and the gate would never ever be left ajar* would be a major daytime predator threat.
