Wing clipping question

I have several chickens, tho I am not worried about them flying. I am concerned with my ducks, who have recently discovered flying, but not how to direct their flight very well, and have landed in places where I need to go rescue them. I also have a couple chukars that might need a wing clippiing...

My question is about a link or info on the best way to clip wings?

There are several other videos there as well. Just be mindful of possible blood feathers. Do Not clip any blood feathers.
