I expect your duck will adjust its wings back into place in the fullness of time. I would not worry about the wings.
Your 7 week old ducklings don't sound like either my very noisy pekin drakes or my son's very noisy pekin females!!! Give them a few weeks and see how their voices change. If I had to bet, I would say you have a straight run of drakes -- but only time will tell: likely by 10 weeks, certainly by 12 weeks. Plus your ducks may sprout drake feathers by then, too.
