Wing ripped off of chick

One of these chickies got into something or something go to it. I noticed today it was missing a wing. Looks like it was pulled out from the joint. Just had a little nub sticking out. Should I just apply some Neosporin or is more required? Not sure how long it was like that but pretty sure it happened today. It was walking around just fine with mamma and the other chicks. Just a little red nub is all I can see.

Separate it from the rest of the chicks so it won't be pecked at. Is it broken, if so put the bones back into alignment and wrap it in a bandage or gauze of some kind.

I don't think the peice that remains is broken and they free range all day with mama so don't think the other chicks will pay much attention.

There's not much you can do, besides antibiotic ointment and observation. I'd be interested to see how she feathers out, if she survives.

My worries would be more aimed towards the future; can your coop, perches, etc. accommodate a one-winged chicken?

If there's any bone sticking out at all, it needs to be inside the chicken. I'm not sure whether there is, from your description and pictures. Skin doesn't heal to bone, so it would be a constant opening for infection.
