I noticed a peculiar behavior among my pullets in the last week or two. They spread their wings towards me when I am feeding or handling them. They are not fully extending them but just pushing them out far enough to notice. I know that other times animals try to look bigger it is to show agressiveness and possible dominance. Is that it or is it something else?
By the way, they are 18 week old GLW's.

Sounds like they are doing the "squat" for you.

It's just the opposite of dominance. They are indicating that they are submissive to you, and are willing to submit to you. This is how they say "Yes" to roosters.
