Wing Wound

My 2 month old male chick having this on his one side of the wing... other wing completely find.
What is it ?
I have another female but they don't attack or pick on each other i haven't seen it...
So what is the cause of this wound ?
Any idea and how to cure it ?

I see some new feathers coming in.
Skin is fairly dry. Do they have access to dirt for bathing?
Have you looked them over for lice/mites?
What do you feed?

Yes they have dirt bathing area.
Yes i checked for lice and mites .
I give them chick feed.. and some vegetables
