Wings get caught on his foot feathers

I picked up this 2 yr old Polish/Silkie cross rooster and have noticed that his wings get caught on his foot feathers and he stumbles alot. Is there anything I can do to make him more comfortable? Maybe trim the feathers? Thanks

Wow he is beautiful! Yes, I would definitely trim feathers, but to be honest, not sure which ones, maybe a bit from both? Poor guy
