Wings growing in strange

Hi all, I have (8) 1.5 week old b/o chicks and one of them has weird wings that are growing in. See pics below, is this something I should be concerned about?

The chick seems happy enough and eats and drinks well. I really love this little one with it's funny wings. She happens to be one of the sweetest chicks of all and is very patient when held. The others get a little crazy when we try and pick them up!

I wouldn't worry about it unless they seem to give her problems.

Oh dear, well she's never going to soar high above the clouds.

Give her time, as long as they odd feathers don't bother her she'll be finny loookin' but fine.
