Wings not growing?

I have an RSL chick (Lucy) that I'm kind of worried about...

First of all, her wings don't appear to be growing. I have 6 other chicks and their new wing feathers are all the way down to their tails. But hers are only about halfway, or a little less.

The other reason...
I take a minute every day to give my chicks a little feed out of my hand so they get used to me, and they always come hopping over and jump in my hand, but Lucy tends to stay off in a corner or other place looking away from me. Could this be a problem? Or just personality? I don't want to be crazy and worry about every little thing, but this is my first time raising chicks, and I want to make sure I don't neglect any problems.

Thank you! Any info would be appreciated

I have no idea on the wing issue, but the chick not eating from your hand could be either personality or she may be getting picked on. I f she is not getting picked on then it is probably personality. You may want to post pics of the wings so that anyone with more experience can give you advice. Good Luck!

Thank you! I haven't seen her get picked on, so it must be personality. That's what I thought, but I wasn't sure. THANK YOU!

And here's a pic:

here's one of the others for comparison:

Are they all the supposed to be the same breed?
Could be you got a different breed mixed in with slower growing feathers.
How old are they, about a week?

I have the same concern about one of my Brahma pullets. She is way behind with barely any feathers on her wings yet and others have their wings and are starting to get little tail sprouts. She's big and has huge feet, but is downy. I'm glad to see that your chicken seems to be growing its feathers even if it is a little on the slow side.
