Shard saw Tundra with the scar faced Sandiwng. His just killed one. He hit another Sandwing wilth his strong tail then used his long, curved claws to slit the Sandiwngs neck. Celestia was cornered( he learned her name). Darkstalker brutally threw 2 Sandwings against the rock surface. And they didn't get up. Shard winced. He went for Celestia. Shard plucked the Sandwing of Celestia. He knocked the Sandwong out. Celestia slightly smile at him, then blew her hot fire at the Nearest scorpion tailed dragon.

Tundra felt better, but she wanted to fight too. Moon was to precious, such beauty and the rare powers given to her.
" I'm fine! Go moon, your not ready! Fly!" She yelled. She lunge at the leader, and she expertly breathed her abnormally cold breath at his barb. He roared in pain and blew afire at her. Tundra breathed her ice. They were tied, but one has to win. Tundra stopped, flew out of the way of the fire, and raked her claws into his wings, tearing them into shreds.

Scar Flung into the sky, his other warriors would have to fight this one, he darted over to a sandwing "no remember, we want the nightwings," he whispered
A sand wing flung himself at Darkstalker, Darkstalker raked his shoulder and blew fire at the sandwing, sending him flying away in a streak of terror.

At the young nightwing. Tundra finally finished off two Sandiwngs, with more coming. She threw the limp bodies on the ground. She saw the leader of the group heading for the cave. He seemed to notice but no one else saw her. Moon'a leg was stuck in a boulder. Scar was getting closer.
" MOON!" Tundra roared and she flew faster than she ever had before, lethal claws out and freeze breath ready, she went into wild mode of fighting.

Darkstalker stood over the two sand wings, then jumped into the air and sent another sanding burning to the ground, it landed with a defining thump and didn't move, darkstalker flew over to Shard, dogging flames from some sandwings

Celestia fought the sandwings, trying to keep an eye on both her friends as she did. She glanced to Shard but said nothing as she continued to fight them swarm off.

She blew her ice breath at him, trait for the tail. It became stiff, the cold turning the scales blue. He tried to get free, but her vice grip was too strong for him. She rep opened the scar on his eyes with her claws. She bit into his cold tail and threw him away from the cave. And I mean very far away. He would still live, she wanted him too. So he wouldn't mess with icewings again. She shoved moon into the cave and slides a boulder into place. No one would get in, and no one would get out,

Darkstalker heard Moon "moon!" he yelled then, his mind was off the battle for a second then a large sand wing came up from behind and shot a plume of flame at Drakstalker before barreling in to him, the sandwing's tail stabb into darkstalker and for a horrible moment Darkstaler saw Scar had reached the cave before he plummeted his ses burning to the ground, his scales burningnd. then every thing went black. The Big sandwing snarled and flew away to face another opponent.

Shard glanced at tundra, now a white flash of rage and ice. Tundra gave him a kind smile. His cheeks went hot. He saw Celestia give hima sly smile too. Oh gosh, he though,Tundra is pretty, but Celestia is too! I can't choose yet
Shard laughed to himself, wondering if Celestia could hear his thoughts. She was probably too busy to notice. He felt fire burn his scales. He snarled and finished the dragon quickly with a single bite to the neck.
