Reva gasped slightly and shivered. The strange longing feeling in her talons left. She blinked hard, praying the enchantment had worked.

Blackflower heard Atlantis enchant the LeafWing’s amulet-hornet thing and slowly peeked around the corner, looking at Reva as she shivered. “Did it work?” She said quietly, her claws twitching nervously.

A SkyWing soared over the scorching desert, heat radiating off his scales. The Stronghold was just a speck on the horizon. He was almost there.

"Queen Cinta sent me! Cinta sent me! A message! I have a message!" Shand yelped, shying away from the NightWings. "A message?" A guard growled, "For who?" "The Queen, uh, Queen Blackflower?" The SkyWing said nervously. The guard shook his head. "Whatever." He removed his talon from her throat. The SkyWing shivered. NightWings we're terrifying.

The NightWing guards flew front and back of Shand as they led him to the palace.
“So Cinta killed her mother?” The NightWing behind her growled doubtfully.

Shand hesitated. "It was a strange situation, but that's what the most of the Kingdom assumes." She shrugged, pulling at the parchment in her talons nervously.

Reva nodded slowly, waiting to see what Blackflower would do. How bad was Brightscales? Was Brightscales even alive? Oh my gosh, what if she killed her. Reva shivered wishing someone would let her out of the cell.

A NightWing guard approached, and opened his mouth to say something, but Blackflower cut him off. “Get the cell guard to unlock Reva would you?” She said, and the guard hesitated, before rushing away quickly.
Soon Reva was unchained. The guard removed the muzzle on her slowly, wincing.

The guards brought him to the throne room. “Wait here.” One nodded, before walking off to get Blackflower.

Blackflower let out a shaky sigh of relief. “Thank the moons.” She said.
A NightWing guard approached, and opened his mouth to say something, but Blackflower cut him off. “Get the cell guard to unlock Reva would you?” She said, and the guard hesitated, before rushing away quickly.
Soon Reva was unchained. The guard removed the muzzle on her slowly, wincing.

Reva yawned, stalking up to Blackflower. "I'm so sorry." She whispered, pushing her way out of the room, "Is Brightscales alright?"

“I’m not sure.” Blackflower said quietly. “But there’s nothing to apologize for, it was that IceWing.”
She looked up at the SeaWing animus and Cyprus. “And from what I’ve been told, he’s in the city now.” The healer standing behind her nodded furiously.
The NightWing guard cleared his throat. “Actually your highness, there is a SkyWing messenger in the throne room. He has a message from Queen Cinta. It must have something to do with the throne.”
Blackflower shook her head. “Cinta? Queen now? It just keeps getting worse, huh?”
She turned to look at Reva. “I honearly don’t know how Brightscales is right now, she’s with the healers. You can check on her if you want. I’m going to need her up as soon as possible.”

Reva narrowed her eyes at the Queen then swept out of the room with a growl. She stalked down to a crowd of RainWings, blending in as she shifted her scales to bright, happy colors, even though she didn't feel an iota of those emotions.

Blackflower watched Reva go, a worried expression on her face. So Reva was.. back to her normal, grumpy self. If she was upset at what she’d been forced to do, she didn’t show it other than the apology.
She went into the throne room and noticed the SkyWing messenger. “Do you have a message from the queen?” She said quickly, feeling far too overwhelmed with the snappy, stressful events so far.
