"Uh, yeah, too late, love, sorry." Leif glanced over at Chenoa's rigid form, continuing to anxiously drum his talons against the marble, "Oh, you look like you're just dying to say something." He laughed, turning back to Blackflower's message, his eyes narrowing. "So. If I just killed your Animus... Assuming he hasn't got protection spells on himself." Leif sighed, dragging a talon down his face. "Didn't think of that. Drat." The IceWing silently stared off into the distance, anxiously searching the skies for blue and green dragons.

Her heart pounding, Cinta scrambled away from Leif, pinching her beaded bracelets tightly to her wrists, silently slipping into the shadows, unnoticed by the massive IceWing. She launched into the night, landing shakily beside a thick tree line. Adrenaline surged, her heart beating painfully in her chest. She leaned against one of the many thick tree trunks, gasping half-sobs.
