Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

“Oh I will, of course!” Brightscales said distractedly. “Lead the way!”
Reva soared over the rainforest, watching a flock of budgies shoot out of a tree with panicked screeches as the fire approached.
“Bumble bee incident?” Raptor grumbled. “Where the moons did you get bumble bees way out here?”
She made her way to the balcony and spread both of her wings, flapping downward quickly and taking off with a beating of wings.
She shivered. HATE this cold weather. She thought grouchily.
"Oh, yikes. I would not ask that question." Leif said, sucking in a sharp breath and rolling his eyes. They came to a snow covered terrace. Leif heard the SandWing lift off somewhere nearby and saw claw shaped prints in the snow. "Wait! Where are you going! I can't see you!" He called, leaning his forelegs up on the icy balcony rail.

Walrus shuffled around in the melting snow. It was warmer down here, on the outskirts of the Ice kingdom, closer to the Kingdom of sand. The middle of the Ice kingdom was a little too cold for her. But this- here, the spot where she was lying down in- it was perfect.
The sun (unless it's night- if so, change that to "the three moons") beamed down on her icy scales, making them gleam like sapphires. Walrus was staring out at the beautiful ocean in front of her. There were almost no waves, which was quite unusual. She breathed in the calm air, which smelled of fish and salt.

She sat up and spread open her wings, catching a gust of chilly wind. She launched herself into into the air and soared just above the ocean, her wings sending up droplets of water with every beat.

It felt like such a perfect day for flying, Walrus decided not to dive down into the water. After a long while of flying, Walrus stopped in mid air, hovering over an icy cliff. She looked down, suddenly filled with dread.
Was it already a week ago, that Father had sent that messenger? Walrus thought. Yes, it must have been.
Father. The messenger had told Walrus to come to that feast. She had said that Father wanted to catch up on Walrus's life. Walrus hadn't seen Father in several months, and she wanted to keep it that way. She shuddered. But what would he do to her if she didn't come?

He knew where to find Walrus. Unless... unless that changed. Walrus would never, EVER actually want to leave the Ice kingdom for good. But if it meant never facing Father again... the memory of his spiked tail slamming into her side because she failed to catch a fish made her wince. She had to leave. To somewhere else. Not knowing where she was going, she continued to fly. Eventually, the ice turned into sand, and the temperature got VERY hot. Panting, she skidded to a stop, sending a cloud of sand up into the air. She jumped suddenly. There was an odd hole in the ground, almost covered in sand, but still slightly visible. She pushed some sand aside and found that it was an odd... tunnel. It seemed to emit some sort of weird energy. Something told her to try to squeeze through. Digging with her talons and crawling through the tight space, she finally reached the solid tunnel floor.

(Ah ha! Niiice)

Reva charged on through the cavern, leading the invisible mob behind her, her own scales had shifted into their surroundings. She doged her way though a narrow tunnel when suddenly it opened into a wide cavernous hole, light and sand poured through the exit. "Alright." She barked, turning to what she thought to be the crowd of dragons. A handful and RainWing's blinked in and out of existence and few, who scales didn't chance, stared at her nervously. "This is it. From here on, we are silent and invisible. I mean it. All who can shift scales, do it. Now!" Four dragons instantly disappeared. The others followed. "Now," Reva began, but turned when she began to hear the sand shifting behind her. She crept forward squinting as shimmering white scales reflected the sun.

(Thanks!)

Walrus's talons hit the ground hard as the sand pushed her into the tunnel. She shook herself, sending sand flying everywhere. She blinked around for a moment, her eyes adjusting to the darkness, and then she started walking forward, straight into Reva. She jumped back in surprise with a yelp, causing a small avalanche of sand to pour into the tunnel. Slowly she reached forward with her front talons, accidently poking one of the invisible dragons in the chest with a sharp claw.

Reva hissed, crouching on all fours and showing her fangs. Suddenly, something came flying just inches from her face and thwacked into the IceWing hybrid.
Then another.
And another.
A large RainWing materialized beside her holding a blow dart gun in his talons.
"Get Brightscales." Reva ordered, quietly, secretly impressed by the RainWing's quick reaction time, and searching the gaping sand hole for more dragons.

(Hey, I wanted to double check since it's different with different threads and people, but is it acting for another's character if you were to say:
Walrus slumped over, unconscious.)

(Good question. I'm not sure. @Chikyboy @Blue Raptor, what do you think? I'm okay with her slumping over unconscious, so let's just go with that. :p)

Walrus screamed, her eyes wide and confused. She looked at her shoulder where two of the darts had hit, screamed again, and then slumped over, unconscious.

The RainWing soldier left at a brisk pace to alert Brightscales who had volunteered to stay towards the back with the slower, weaker dragons. Reva growled at the IceWing and tapped her arm curiously, just to be sure she was fully asleep. "Okay," Reva exhaled, "You three," she pointed to vague shadows in the corner and the soldiers reappeared, "carry her. And the rest of you, follow me. Remember to stay invisible," Reva ordered, glancing at the exit, "and just try not to do anything stupid?" She turned, shifting her scales to dull yellow almost blending in with the sand, but not quite, making it easier for the RainWing's to spot their leader and also appearing to be a SandWing from a distance. To her left, the IceWing body was awkwardly suspended beside her. She stayed close, knowing the dragon might awake at any moment. It was possible that the IceWing hybrid might be able to safely guide them to the palace or have connections to Queen Owl.

Deepstar smiled at the interesting dragon. Glancing over at Abyss she said, with a slight hint of embarrassment. *I…am partly Nightwing if that makes a difference. What’s your name?*

How old is Gohachiro?
(Gohachiro is 34 years old. What color is Deepstar?)
Deepstar chuckled, “No of course not.” She replied.

Lets say this is when Gohachiro comes along and they have that convo from a couple pages back.
@Lacy Duckwing
Gohachiro glanced at Abyss, too, but quickly turned his attention back to Deepstar. Almost unnoticed, Gohachiro slowly moved closer to the nearby water. *Gohachiro* he replied now watching the hybrid with more caution than before. *Your brother too?* He asked motioning his head towards Abyss and knowing absolutely nothing about the two. *Or mate?*

( gotcha! Thanks! Deep, deep blue, almost black, purple eyes and light cyan glowing stripes. )

Deepstar gave an audible chuckle. *No I don’t know who this dragon is other then that he gets lost easily.* she joked, truthfully she hadn’t ever met him before. “Come to think of it I haven’t seen this dragon around much either. Both of them.” She said, glancing between the two dragons. *why do you speak aquatic on land? If I may ask, are you deaf?*

(You're welcome. Thank you!)

Gohachiro contuied slowly moving towards the water until he could almost touch it. He didn't look to see how close he was to it, he just knew he was close by the way the sand felt. He kept his watch towards the two other dragons. He tried to hide the fact he couldn't understand outside of Aquatic the best he could, so he replied in very poor English (or whatever language they're supposed to speak. :p ), "Gohachiro no death."
