Cicada perched in the branches of what seemed, to her, like a WAY oversized tree. The branches were easily as wide around as she was.
Other than seeing the color green, green, and more green, sheā€™d seen some pretty orange and red flowers and heard birds in the foliage just about everywhere.
The jungle was much too dense to fly longer than a couple minutes, so she took off again- landing on the other side of a slightly open area.
The HiveWing glanced around. It was much quieter over here.. something felt off..
And yet, it smells great! Cicada wondered what kind of flowers were growing over here.
She saw a strangely large and spiky-looking plant off to the left of her, the the tree leaves obstructed her view. Instead, her attention was drawn to an absolutely gorgeous curling flower-thing.
She flew over onto a branch that was right above the odd plant, and looked over at it.
Itā€™s stems were very long, and quite thick. As thick as her forearm. And there were five or six coming from the base of the plant. But what was interesting was the reddish-pink ā€œUh, stringy thingies?ā€ Cicada said, touching it lightly with a claw. They each had a large drop of what looked like dew on them, and the plant seemed to wince under her touch.
ā€œWow.ā€ She said, immensely curious. ā€œThis thing is weird! I wonder what itā€™s called.ā€ The HiveWing closed her eyes, trying to picture the plant case in the school sheā€™d seen.

Cyprus landed at the forest edge and trotted in, taking in a keen observation of his surroundings. All clear. He took a few flaps upward and glided through the canopy. The understory was generally too thick to get anywhere fast.
 
Reva charged towards the Night Kingdom, the group behind her struggling to keep up. "Comon! Almost there!" She encouraged, roughly, the Night Kingdom slowly coming into view ahead. She spotted a small company or black dragons and hoped Blackflower was among them. As they slowly descended into the city Reva turned and shouted, "Alright, shift back to your regular colors." Hundreds of RainWing's appeared. A NightWing guard lumbered up to her left. Reva was immediately dwarfed. "What?" She snapped. "Did Queen Brightscales accompany you?" Reva nodded, jumping back into the air, "I'll go find her now. We're heading to the IceWing capital once her group gets here safely. You have permission to order this sorry group of... Uh, these RainWing's around." And with that Reva launched over head in Brightscales direction.
