Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

Raptor pulled her talon away. “You ever shook someone’s talon before?” She huffed. Leif’s claws had been freezing on hers.
“I am loyal to no one. However, after you help me, I will help you ascend the throne.” She rolled her eyes. “Shouldn’t take much with Owl. But I won’t lie- IceWings can be formidable fighters.”
Leif growled and snatched a spear hanging from the wall. "If I wanted her dead," he shouted, gripping the spear so hard it splintered, "she would be!" He met Raptor's eyes with a dangerous look, "Enchant this spear to kill Queen Owl of the IceWings." The spear darted from his talon, a hundred tiny splinters sinking into his flesh as his hand dropped the spear. He growled in pain, a sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach. What had he done? Had he wanted to do that? Of course he had. Should he have? Of course not. He smiled.

(Oh he's gonna be bad... I think I'll turn him into a bitter dude that hates sand. Anakin 🙃)

Name: Canebrake (Goes by Cane with friends)
Gender: Male
Age: 37
Tribe: Mudwing
Physical appearance: Typical Mudwing body type. Very large. Reddish brown on top, with green-gray-brown mottling on the flanks and a pale gray underside.
Personality: Happy, content, and relaxed. Not much startles him and he's very laid-back, almost to the point of being lazy. Always willing to lend a helping talon or maybe make a new friend. Kind and easy to get along with. Enjoys swimming and diving, or really anything having to do with fresh/brackish water. A decent flier as well.

Accepted! (Keep forgetting to do this, I usually add to the archives then forget 😂)

Raptor tried, but failed, to hide her startled look. The teasing- funny? Sure, funny- IceWing was gone, replaced by a cold-hearted killer.
She heard several shouts outside as the spear raced off to murder Queen Owl.
She stared, shocked, at Leif. In a few minutes, this dragon would be a murderer. “L- Leif!” She blurted. “What?? You can’t just kill the queen right now- like this? Everyone will know it’s you when an enchanted spear flies through the kingdom of Ice!”
Raptor felt sick when she saw him smile. But she needed him.
“Look. Stop the spear. You can’t do this. Not yet. Someone will send her army to stop you, and what do you think Fennec will do when she sees an army of IceWings flying through the desert? It’ll be chaos!
You can’t do this! Not now!”

Cyprus rolled his eyes. Hivewings.

Suddenly, remembering his original purpose, he set out for the savannah once more.
Several hours later, the Leafwing finally arrived at the huge boulder. Finding the tunnel, he now realized why it was so hard to see. It was nestled right between the boulder and a whole lot of brush. It just looked like a small crevice from most angles. No wonder he hadn't ever noticed it before.

Cyprus quickly spread his wings for a stabilized drop and leapt into the hole. His landing was much better this time. He hit hard and rolled a bit, but he was back on his own two feet in an instant.

Moss vibes.
