Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

Reva materialized in front of her, snatching her shoulder, "What were you thinking?!" She hissed, pulling her against the wall. "We need to go. We need to go warn the SeaWings." Reva turned and loped down the hall, launching into the air and shifting her scales to her surroundings, "Walrus! Come hide underneath me!"
"But- Queen Owl..." Walrus said, hesitating. But the SeaWings are my tribe, too.
After a moment, she ducked underneath Reva. "Can you swim? I mean- do you have gills?"
Walrus asked her.

Reva laughed, "Yeah... Only on the left side. You?" She doged a spire and dove into a small ravine, doing her best to cover Walrus with her tiny wingspan.

Walrus stopped for a moment, losing track of Reva, but then following her voice and hoping she was covered. "Yeah, I have them on both sides." She said to where she thought Reva was. "Anyways, I think we're going to have to do some swimming."
Realization hit Walrus and she was suddenly filled with despair.
"Oh no!" She cried. "The Kingdom of the Sea is on the other side of the continent! With an animus on their side, the IceWings are sure to get to Koi before us!"

"We definitely will. I just can't overexert myself. One gill can only do so much." She followed every turn throughout the cavern carefully. "That Animus has a whole tribe following him. We are only two dragons. We'll travel a lot faster. Or at least we should. I hope." She turned sharply and launched further into the sky and out of the icy canyon, glancing behind her, the IceWings a tiny speck on the horizon. "Have you been to the SeaWing Kingdom before?"

Walrus didn't look convinced. "But- he's an animus. He can probably teleport them there. And then he'll enchant them all to have gills or something." Walrus flapped her wings hard to keep up with Reva, her spiked tail scraping against the canyon and leaving marks in the ice. "I have, when I was younger. I used to travel there often to visit my mother. How about you?"

"Look, what else should we do? Sit by while he murders the entire tribe?" Reva growled. "Never been."

(We shall zoom ahead in time again.)

The scenery morfed into mountains and before they knew it, they had reached the ocean. "Okay, where to?" Reva asked, hovering mid air.

"Well, the Deep Palace is kind of hidden..." Walrus said, looking down longingly at the shifting sea. "If we follow the current, it should take us there, though." Without waiting for Reva, she dove down into the ocean. A school of fish started swimming the other direction when she landed with a splash, sending up several startled small crabs. She spread her wings to find the current, then dove up again. "This way," She said to Reva, diving back down and floating along with the current, tipping her wings to go faster.

Reva dove into the water and began following Walrus warily, emerging occasionally and gasping for breath. She hated being underwater.

Walrus turned onto her back with her head up so she could face Reva, and flashed her scales. *Do you speak aquatic?* She asked.
Reva paused, squinting at the bioluminescent scales and trying to remember the SeaWing dialect. *Yes.* She replied simply, swimming up beside Walrus. *Hurry.*
