Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

Tawny nodded, "I definitely want to rest! My wings are on fire!" she exclaimed rolled her shoulder around in an attempt to stretch out her sore muscles.

(Where do u want 2 skip to?)
"Here, here." Aloe agreed, swopping down to the burning sand below. "So, are you, uh, good on the sand? Your part SeaWingy scales doesn't get charred or nothin?" Aloe dug her good talon into the sand, grinding the grains against her palm.

Tawny laughed, digging her talons into the familiar warm sand and spreading her wings to absorb the sunshine. "I spent most of my life on the beach, this is amazing." She said with a smile.

"Oh. Cool." Aloe gently felt around her nose, trailing her talons across the wound. It ran down her forehead, across her nose, and into her neck a bit. A dull headache had begun to fester. Aloe sighed, feeling the groggy pain in her talon and wishing she didn't have an hour left of travels ahead.

(Sorry I didn't respond sooner.)

Tawny frowned when she turned to see Aloe checked on her injuries. "Are you alright?" She asked. "Gonna be okay for the next hour?" She turned behind her with a sigh and looked out at the seemingly endless desert. How would she find Chinook with so much land to cover?

"Yeah, yeah." Aloe muttered. "The sooner we get there the better." She began walking slowly towards the Stronghold. "Are you a doctor? Like actually?"

Tawny shrugged, "I would like to be."

(Do you want to skip ahead to when they get to the Stronghold?)
The guards recognized Aloe, but they still met them a half mile out from the Stronghold, asking about Tawny. Aloe ignored most their questions or answered ominously, smiling when the soldiers swore in annoyance.
"Food." Aloe smiled as she landed on the terrace, "Food, this way." She laughed, elbowing Tawny as she entered a well adorned hallway.

Tawny shrunk back at the sight of guards. She calmed down after she saw how relaxed Aloe was around them. And later when Aloe showed her where the food was she grinned and followed her down the halls, admiring all the decorations.

"Hey, hey, hey." Aloe motioned to a passing guard down the hall. "Uhm, do you know where Raptor is?"
"I do not know Queen Raptor's whereabouts." The guard answers promptly.
Aloe turned back to Tawny with a shrug. "To the kitchen?"
