Well we can argue about causes for the rest of the week. But the fact is the feathers on those wings on two birds don't look right. Since I am a kutz in the kitchen I always have gauze around and I have found that vet wrap is very good too. (for those of you that don't know what vet wrap is, it is gauze- like material that is coated with a material that causes it to stick to itself but not other things like hair or feathers. The kind I have is waterproof, it allows water to penetrate but does not come unstuck by the water) Since it is Sunday evening don't waste time to get it tonight but you should look into it for future use. Catch the ducks and check if they are folding their wings properly (check against the normal ducks if you are not sure what I mean by properly) If you want to mess around, fold them the right way and see if they stay that way, or you can wrap them now. If you don't have gauze or vet wrap try some light weight cloth old ladies stockings work good. secure it in place either by tieing it or with a little tape on the cloth, NOT the feathers, Check them in the morning, about 50% manage to wiggle their way out of the wrap. Before you rewrap them check them out I have had overnight cures, but it usually takes longer about three days was average for me.
You know after looking at the pictures again I suspect that one of your ducks is a feather puller. It looks like the feathers are out of place, not the whole wing tip that is usually out of place in true angel wing. Not that it makes a lot of difference since any feathers will still need to be wrapped back in the proper place and given some time to establish themselves. The two bad ducks might have pulled each others wing feathers but keep an eye on all your ducklings untill you get it straightened out.
I am not going to get into the carbohydrate theory again Wifezilla but if your feed is 20% protein and about 5% fat what do you think makes up the other 75%--Sand? and all those green goodies? carbohydrates & water! and don't try Fiber because fibers are made up of carbohydrates. Remember I am a Chemist in real life and have 13 years as a pet food formulator. I'll grant you that white bread is junk food for ducks and people but that doesn't make carbs bad.
