This right here is a 6 or 7 month old silkie. I brought her home on April 13th. Is this normal for her wings?

I’ve never owned silkies but her wings do look odd

The rough feathers? Yes. They're partially barbed, same with some tail feathers, so they'll look smooth and kinda ragged.
