OK then. So I don't have wrap the rest of the walls up with plastic.

I do add hay to my run. But I do get snow. I try and make mini haystacks before a storm, and after the snow, I flip it on top of the snow, and my birds come right out.

I don’t wrap my run in plastic, but I have smaller shelters in the run. They act as shade in summer, and wind protection in winter. I move them around as needed.

Note, I do have a natural wind break to the north and west.
