My easter lilies from last year!!

Whenever we get some as gifts for Easter,,, After they pass blooming, I bury them in flower garden. They keep coming up year after year. I have different varieties of lilies. I'm in Zone 5A. The new zoning chart says we are in 6. I still disagree with them.
Wonderful!!My greenhouse is new. I planted my first seeds in January and cut my first harvest yesterday. Had a nice salad with lunch. The greenhouse is a real game changer. Normally I wouldn't have anything out of the garden till June.

That's nice!One of the first things I did when I landed here was build my first greenhouse. Unfortunately I haven't done much with it yet, because it keeps getting infested with chicks somehow.

That problem should be resolved now that my second coop is up. It has a built-in brooder.
@CCsGarden how do you keep your chickens from eating your sunflowers so that they can grow this large? I am just in love with your sunflowers and would love to try to grow large ones, but I’ve read that chickens just love eating them. Do they bother your large ones?
