Hello all,
I am looking for some help here getting ready for winter. My coop is covered on 2 sides and open on 2 sides. Temp here In Bakersfield will drop to just below freezing at times but not to often. I'm if it is necessary to keep them in any kind of heated area? It doesn't snow or stay below freezing all day, only for a few hours in the wee hours of the morning. Daytime temp still gets up into the balmy 40's.
