Winter is coming and I no idea what do to.
I've read many different things about preparing the chickens and coop for winter.
There is so many different things I've been told, I have no idea what to do.

What do I really need for my chickens/coop this winter?
This is my first winter with chickens.

Unless you are near or north of the arctic circle, you don't need to do anything except provide water in liquid form.

DON'T close off any ventilation. Chickens are hardy unless you have a foo foo breed like seramas or silkies..
Chickens die from heat and bad air, not cold.

Depends on your climate, coop, run, breeds of birds.
Add your location to your profile so folks know the climate.
Post pics of your coop and run, inside and out, and maybe you'll get better feedback/suggestions.

The best advise is to do what ever you feel is right for your personal set up and flock.....You only know your Coop and your Birds....Al;l you can do is try things....
