Winter Light for eggs

I use these

They're 3 watts but I use the dimmer setting on the lowest setting, so probably 1 watt of power usage per bulb.
I also have them set to red. They are only bright enough so they can get around.

I keep them on 24/7, no issues with them sleeping, no aggression.
I have one in my coop and one in my covered run.
I tried using a timer with slightly brighter bulbs once but there was always one or two chickens getting caught on the floor when the lights went out.

My pullets are in their first year of lay so the lights are more for my benefit, but they all still lay.
