Winter No Feathers

Hello,
My Sapphire Gem has bare back and shoulders from rooster since spring. Rooster has been gone for months. Figured hee feathers would grow back at molt time this fall like the other hens did. She still has not grown any back. Temperatures have been dropping below freezing on and off for a few days. Only going to get colder (upstate NY) What can I do to help her?

Hi! Is she hunched over and look like she's cold? You could put on a chicken saddle and see if that helps.
