wird sore on chicks thats deadly??

I have had 3 chicks hatch now out of separate batches one of them being a quail chick hatched with a swollen belly and a big disgusting protruding sore or something.. almost looks like an organ is coming out through the skin.. two of the chicks born with this problem were abnormally bald when hatched the other was normal except the bump. they all died within min or hours from hatching.

what is this weird problem?



the bump is always in a strange spot on the belly too like this one is off to the side almost under the leg.
