My coup isn't bad looking if I do say so myself, but it kind of sticks out like a sore thumb if you are looking at it from the road. I would like to cover one side with a vine. and place a few other plants around the perimeter. The coop is raised and I have hardware cloth covering the area underneath the coop along with a wire apron going out about 16 inches. What is the best way to plant within the apron. Should I just cut a hole in it an then stake it down around the plant? Anyone have any experience with this problem. I just don't want to do it and then find out there was a better way.
Also, anyone have any experience with Sweet Autumn Clematis? I read on one website it might be poisonous. Thanks

Wow Great ideas there. And yes something very close to that is what I'm looking for. Maybe just a bit tidier as my coop is lacking the charm of the one pictured.
