This is where I have purchased trays and pans for my cage making with my pigs. I also made a few specialty carriers and they have the deep trays for that. The plastic duratrays are pretty tough.

It ended up being cheaper to order than to have them made locally at a metal shop. My girlfriend did that and it cost a lot.

You could always get in touch with someone who puts siding on houses. They have a metal break to make all of the flashing around the windows and eaves. Plus they have the rolls of aluminum to make them out of.
