Weird growths/scabs on chicken’s neck.

Any idea what these might be? I just noticed them on this silkie pullet. They’re hard and when squished, blood/something leaks or the edges of the scab. Theres 4-5 visible ones with the one in the picture being 2nd largest but most visible.
I have multiple bearded breeds with quite a few of them missing feathers there, this silkie included.

Looks like it may be impacted feather follicles.

I'd choose one and work on cleaning it out, you may need to tease the feather shaft out, hard to tell.
